After our daily stand up, we went separate ways to prepare for downtown Burnlingame. Lux Wooden made postcards and fliers while Woodways made wooden fliers and paper fliers. As part of the Lux Wooden team, I helped make flyers and samples to pass out. Once we were downtown, we found stores and cafes with community boards, which we promptly left fliers on. If our fliers weren't in cafes or stores, they were on lamp posts on the streets in visible places. Lux Wooden left fliers in Panda Express, Starbucks, near newspaper stands, and near directory maps. Once we felt like we had done a good job downtown, we headed back to headquarters. Tommy and David had prepared a stimulation and a PowerPoint presentation for us once we were seated back in our seats. The PowerPoint on the screen gave us small bits of information on topics such as "raw materials" or other resources. We made a giant mind map with different partners to brainstorm ideas. Through this activity I was able to come up with a good product idea, which I had been lacking during the majority of the camp. I had also formed a team with Brianna, Adelyn, and Dacotah, who were all willing and excited to start a wired jewelry business together.
